Pimento Loaf
Pimento Loaf 1 kilo ground pork ( double grind ) 1 tsp fine salt 3 tbsp powdered milk 1/2 cup red & green pepper ( finely chopped ) 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp white sugar 3-4 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp vetsin Mix all ingredients. Brush bread pan with oil and pack in mixed ingredients. Cover with foil; steam-bake for 1 hour. You may also wrap mixture in 'sinsal' and roll like an 'embutido'. Cool before slicing. Serve with catsup.
